Old label. The first Ribolla Gialla crop off our vineyard. A blend of Ribolla and Chardonnay sourced from the cooler lower south-eastern slope of Denton View Hill.

The Ribolla component spent 14 days on skins before resting in stainless steel, while the Chardonnay component saw 7 days on skins and fermentation in old barriques.

Textural and sunshine-y, with citrus, stone fruit and gentle phenolic grip. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
