This was our first crack at skin-contact Chardonnay -and it leans fully into texture. The 2022 release is dense and pear-skin driven, with layers of preserved citrus, orchard fruit and a gentle phenolic grip. There’s glycerol richness through the palate, but enough line and freshness to keep things moving.

Slightly savoury & quietly structural, it sits somewhere between Chardonnay and something more textural.
