Fermented with 60% whole bunches and matured for 15 months in French oak puncheons (13% new).

Bright red and black fruit, mineral florals and fine tannin with freshness and length. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

"A medium, bright garnet. Expressive on the nose with its bouquet of wild strawberries and a little blood orange together with florals and some secondary forest floor scents.
